Creamy Savoy Cabbage

The Cabbage has to be quartered first. These quarters then either have to be halfed lengthwise or cut crosswise depending on the size of the cabbage. Now the cabbage has to be seared, best case in a cast-iron pan. Since these pans tend to be rather flat, the safe way to go is to prepare a second pan, just in case the cabbage gets to much....

Pizza

First off blend 500g of Wheat Flour with 15g of Salt in a bowl. Then dissolve 3g of yeast and a pinch of sugar in 100ml of warm water. Now add 200ml of cold water. Knead the dough strongly. Now, best case, leave the dough Standing at roomtemperature for 24 hours, so it can develope nicely. On the next day we complete the Pizza...
